There are two types of memberships: Members and Business Circle representatives.
 
 
Members

Open to Performing Arts Venues in the Asia-Pacific region whose business is predominantly in the performing arts.
Annual membership fee of USD 300
   
 
Business Circle Representatives

Open to Festivals, Agencies and other interested reputable arts organisations and is not limited to the Asia-Pacific region.
Annual membership fee of USD 100
No rights to representation on the Executive Council or voting privileges.
   
 
Membership Application Procedure

Step 1: Identify the tier of membership for which you are eligible to apply and complete the relevant application form.
Step 2:

The relevant application form should be submitted along with a short write-up of your organization to the Secretariat via either fax or email.

The submission of any application is subject to review and approval from the Executive Council. The Association reserves the right to reject any applications during this review process at its discretion. Please note that incomplete applications may not be considered.
Step 3: Where the application is successful, a welcome letter and an invoice* for the annual membership fees will be sent to the applicant.
Step 4: The applicant's membership status will be confirmed upon receipt of the annual fees.
   
 
 
* Payment of the annual membership fees is by calendar year. Whether the application is submitted in January or October, full membership fee for the year still applies as fees will not be pro-rated. Applications in November and December will be recommended to pay the following year's annual fees instead, and their membership status will subsequently commence officially in January of the new year.
